Customer Outreach and Strategic Communications
Provides consistent messaging to drive clarity of mission, striving towards a future state vision and engagement of every member of the Business and Enterprise Systems Directorate through clear, relevant and timely communications.

MISSION - Provides strategic communication, education and facilitation within the Business and Enterprise Systems (BES) Directorate to enable the warfighter to fly, fight and win!

Our team engages the mission-focused workforce to help meet and exceed Directorate objectives. We provide real-time information to enable optimal IT decision making for the warfighter. Our efforts increase Directorate efficiency by fighting the war on waste and providing reliable program marketing.
